The MAC Symposiums are our flagship day-long online events, creating space for meaningful dialogue between the aged care sector, CALD communities, and policy leaders. Symposiums are interactive and accessible, featuring:

• Panel discussions with industry leaders and community voices.
• Case studies and lived experience perspectives that bring real stories to the forefront.
• Opportunities for reflection, Q&A, and shared learning across diverse stakeholders.
• Designed to engage both frontline staff and leadership, including lifestyle and wellness coordinators, personal care workers, community aged care workers, managers, volunteers, and governance bodies.
