MAC Symposium – March/April 2023
Cultural Diversity in Ageing
A day filled with diverse speakers from the community, generalist and CALD service providers, and researchers who share their stories, strategies, and tools to implement core principles of cultural diversity in the workplace, business, and everyday life, with a narrative approach.
This symposium is designed to provide a hands-on approach to learning about cultural diversity in ageing. We believe that the best way to learn is through collaboration, sharing and practice examples. The symposium covers a wide range of topics, including the challenges and opportunities of cultural diversity in ageing.
What is best practice?
By working together, we can produce best practice strategies that will help us achieve quality of life for our consumers, residents and workforce.
