Information Sessions, Consultancy & Advisory
We also provide tailored information sessions, consultancy, and advisory services to strengthen partnerships between aged care providers, CALD communities, and government. These activities ensure that both communities and providers are supported with best practice information, resources, and guidance to embed culturally appropriate care.
Information Sessions & Consultations
We deliver targeted and responsive information sessions, in collaboration with aged care providers and government departments, for CALD older people, their families, carers, and communities. These sessions aim to:
- Increase awareness of aged care pathways, reforms, and services.
- Support CALD communities (including new and emerging) with relevant information and culturally tailored resources.
- Provide opportunities for consultation on ageing issues and lived experiences of CALD older people.
Consultancy & Advisory for Providers
We offer consultancy and advisory services for aged care providers, boards, and governance bodies. These services are designed to:
- Guide providers in meeting obligations under the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Diversity Framework.
