Anticipated learning outcomes:
- Increase organizational and workforce capacity in managing a culturally diverse workplace.
- Assist organizations and staff in developing effective strategies to demonstrate culturally appropriate professional behavior and achieve goals effectively.
- Identify cultural challenges and barriers, and understand the key components of a successful assessment and care planning process.
- Develop effective strategies to manage and reconcile cultural dilemmas and values within a culturally diverse workplace.
- Learn techniques to navigate language barriers and complexities when working with culturally diverse clients, improving communication and collaboration.
- Promote the building of bridges and goodwill by enhancing culturally appropriate professional behavior.
