Join us and be part of the thought-provoking discussions on, the balancing act of religion, spirituality, ageing and end of life.

This is an opportune time to learn about different practices and beliefs of various cultures and therefore develop your own best practice strategies.

We will hear from our guest speaker, Mahjabeen Ahmad who will talk to us about the Islamic perspective.

We have a personal story from a Greek priest as well as the Hindu perspective from a much-loved Hindu scholar.
