Vivien is a well-established professional nurse and with over two decades of experience as a community leader. She is currently a specialist nurse and lactation consultant. She has held several key management roles including President, treasurer and Chinese language, community language school administrator within the Chinese Welfare Services. In all her roles, she has made significant contribution for promoting the importance of cultural inclusion and well being of mothers, elderly and children within the diverse Chinese-Australian communities.
