Kiki is responsible for facilitating and assisting social support groups under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) for older people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds to support their wellness and reablement goals. She collaborates with community groups and other networks to provide culturally appropriate care services, information, training schedules, and resources (both CHSP and Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC)). Kiki works alongside trainers and presenters to facilitate Multicultural Learning and Development training and information sessions. She will also be working with assisting clients/consumers from CALD communities to access aged care services through the Aged Care Service Finders program.

With a health science background and two years of experience as a Medical Health Officer at a hospital in Vietnam, Kiki brings valuable expertise to her role. She is highly organized and possesses a compassionate nature, a friendly demeanor, and a sincere interest in helping people. Despite her busy schedule, Kiki also finds time to make delicious food and share it with her colleagues at the Multicultural Aged Care (MAC) facility.
