Nelida Rasgido

Certificate IV Library, Information and Cultural Services (TAFE SA)

Nelida Rasgido has been employed as a librarian at Multicultural Aged Care since July 2020. She holds a Certificate IV in Library, Information and Cultural Services from TAFE SA. Prior to assuming her current role, Nellie served as a Library Assistant Officer at MAC since 2015, where she also performed the duties of a receptionist assistant and provided support for the maintenance of the library collection.

With over 15 years of experience as an administrative officer, Nellie is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to MAC’s clients while supporting her community and team. She strives to provide valuable assistance to customers and consistently meets their needs.

Nellie’s outstanding work has earned her recognition, including a Certificate of Appreciation for her volunteer work with the State Library of South Australia in 2014, and a letter from the Adelaide City Council in 2015 during National Volunteer Week.

Outside of work, Nellie is inspired by her husband and three children, who relocated to Australia from Argentina in 2005 and have since made it their home. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, listening to music, and watching movies.
